      1.  Your request for a refund must be made within 7 days from the date of your initial subscription purchase.

      2.  If you live in the EU, UK, or Turkey, you’re eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase.

      3.  You have not violated our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other relevant policies.

      4.  You have not breached any contractual obligations outlined in your service agreement with us.

  3. Refund Process

    • To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

      1. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@devzery.com and provide your account details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation, if necessary.

      2.  Our team will review your request and may request additional information to evaluate your eligibility.

      3.  We will process your refund request within 7 business days of receiving all required information.

      4.  If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  4. Refund Exceptions

    • Please note that not all requests will be eligible for refunds. Refunds are generally not provided under the following circumstances:

      1.  You have exceeded the specified refund period mentioned in Section 2(a).

      2.  You have violated our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or other relevant policies.

      3.  You have utilized a significant portion of our service, rendering it unreasonable to grant a refund.

      4.  You have received promotional or discounted pricing that explicitly states it is non-refundable.

  5. Currency and Transaction Fees

    • All refunds will be processed in the currency in which the original payment was made. Please note that you may be responsible for any currency conversion fees or transaction fees incurred by your financial institution.​

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Just mail us to support@devzery.com . Your cancellation will take effect the day after the next billing date. You can continue using our services until then. To avoid being charged for your next billing period, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date.​
